1. API Usage & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the PrivacyGuard AI API solely for its intended purpose: detecting and redacting sensitive data in AI communications. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the API.
• Use the API to facilitate illegal activities, distribute malware, or harm third-party systems.
• Exceed the rate limits associated with your pricing tier without written authorization.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.99% uptime. For Enterprise tier customers, specific uptime guarantees and financial credits for downtime are defined in your individual Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).
